We want to ensure our clients have the best possible site, which represents their company, yet we know everyone has a budget they must operate within, thus we have several options.  We do offer packages and templates, but have found custom bids to be the most successful for our clients.

Our plan of action is to spend some time with the client (usually via phone), ask questions, get to know your business a little more, find out your likes and dislikes, then formulate (together) what we think would meet these needs.  This would include the number of pages, page titles, how many images the site will contain, internal/external links, special features, etc.  From there, we generate a bid/contract, send it to you for approval, and then once you sign and return it to us, with the down payment, we begin work. We do ask that the site be paid in full prior to uploading it to your server.

We will supply you with a CD of the entire site, all pages, files, folders, data, codes, etc.  At this time the site is ready to launch.  In the past, uploading your site to your server was an additional fee, however it is now automatically part of the contract.

We feel strongly that the client should have control over their site, thus once it is launched, it is all yours!  You can do what you will with it, make changes, additions, deletions, updates, etc.  Some clients feel comfortable with doing this, while others will enter into a maintenance contract with us.  It is solely up to you how you want to handle this.  After all, it is your site!  I do offer lessons for an additional fee, but will give you some basics during the process of developing your site.

There are several differences between contracting with us verses one of the more commercial or larger companies:  we will not use a cookie-cutter approach with you; we are more readily available; we can be mobile; we offer payment plans; because we are a small, home-based business, we understand the needs of these types of businesses, and can offer specialized customer care; and we have the Aloha Spirit, which often gets lost in bigger companies!
